Installation & Training
As part of our basic installation program, we train your key operators in both the use and care of your new equipment. Ark offers technical operator training programs that enhance both operator performance and equipment performance. We are proud to provide technical training on all of the equipment that we supply. Our team of demonstrators will train your operators at installation and offer subsequent telephone support to ensure optimum production efficiency.
Service and Maintenance Plans
We offer both scheduled and ad-hoc servicing and maintenance, enabling you to keep your system running at its optimum level for longer. From remote diagnostics to on-site technical support, our OEM-certified technicians help increase productivity through maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of your pressroom assets. Parts and Consumables
Together with many of our equipments, we offer a fully stocked supply chain. We keep a large stock of frequent wear and tear parts of equipment and consumables that keep your machine running. As part of our commitment to ensuring your equipment is performing at its best at all times, we only offer manufacturer parts and consumables. We currently carry stock of over 150 SKU’s.
